Go City Travel accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. In order to make a reservation on gocitytravel.com, full payment by credit card is required. Payments will be listed as Go City Travel on your credit card statement.
Gratuities for tour guides and/or service providers are at your discretion and not included in payments made to Go City Travel.
Refund Policy
All sales on this web site are final. No refunds are available once a tour or service has been purchased.
Vouchers and Redemption
You will receive a personalized Go City Travel Voucher for each tour, event or service you book. Go City Travel Vouchers will be forwarded to you via email after your purchase. You will also be provided access to a secure webpage hosted by Go City Travel that contains a link to your Go City Travel Voucher/s.
To collect your tour, ticket, or service, you must provide the original, authentic Go City Travel Voucher to the appropriate service or tour provider. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid Go City Travel Voucher.
Valid photo identification and endorsement by signature is required at time of voucher redemption. In some cases, like for Broadway shows, the credit card used for booking may have to be presented.
If your signature and/or name on the voucher does not match the name shown on your credit card, your Go City Travel Voucher/s can be confiscated and immediately canceled without refund.
Some bookings require that you confirm or reserve your booking by calling a phone number on your voucher within a certain period of time.
It is your sole responsibility to be in the correct location at the correct time to redeem your voucher. Some tours and services do not depart or commence from the voucher redemption location, so plan accordingly.
Other Terms
Go City Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which the Go City Travel web site has links.
To the extent permitted by law Go City Travel LLC shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this web site.
